PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS – ¡VIVA! APP

By placing a pre-order for the ¡VIVA! App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

Pre-Order Disclosure

• The ¡VIVA! App is a digital product currently in development.
• This purchase is a pre-sale (pre-order) and does not include immediate access.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge that the product has not yet been delivered at the time of payment.

Release & Delivery

• Estimated release: 2026
  (The exact release date may change as development progresses.)
• Upon launch, you will receive digital access instructions via email sent to the address used at checkout.
• Access will be activated through an individual user account within the ¡VIVA! App.

Payment Authorization

• Full payment is collected at the time of pre-order.
• By completing your purchase, you authorize an immediate charge to your selected payment method.
• Your Shopify confirmation email serves as proof of purchase.
